Eoin Wallace
Eoin Wallace is the global lead of the project management practice at Philips, accountable for driving project management excellence. Eoin also heads up the Philips Transformation Office, guiding Philips through their challenging transformation, striving to make the world healthier and more sustainable through innovation, with the goal of improving the lives of three billion people. Achieving that requires a connected enterprise that enables their best ideas to quickly get to market.
Eoin has a proven track record of success across global brands, geographies, and categories by delivering sustainable and profitable growth. He has a diverse experience which includes a deep understanding of sports industry, technology, portfolio management, project management, change management, and strategy. Eoin has an ability to think globally and strategically, while leading teams to the implementation and execution of strategic priorities and plans. He is an accomplished leader and effective communicator, with a proven track record for hiring, developing, and motivating result-oriented cross cultural teams and leaders.
Eoin has a deep passion for sports; in his early years he played professional football (soccer) and also had a go at rugby. Prior to Philips, it was this passion that brought him to work for Nike where he was able to share his passion for sports for over twelve years.
Eoin is a proud Irishman, currently living in Amsterdam, married to his wife Rachel and has two kids, Dylan and Mia. When not working, Eoin enjoys coaching his junior football (soccer) team or you may also find him on the golf course.
