Jessica Natasja Bieshaar decided to join the corporate life after getting her masters in English Drama and Lit. She thought she would soon find her true destiny, and found out that the corporate life was where she could be herself. Jessica is an enterprise leader with a servant leadership style who thinks strategically, acts with courage, and is passionate about developing others. 

As a creative that came from a family of cabinet makers, Jessica owns and runs several companies, from handcrafted mosaics to tailored interior design. Her most recent business venture involves selling home and living collections by truly focusing on what the consumer wants and how we can meet those needs in the most sustainable way.
