Suzanne Hilton-Esaki has over twenty years of HR, change, talent and diversity experience, currently serving as the VP, Nike Marketplace HR. In this role she is responsible for driving the HR strategic vision and execution of organizational, talent, and diversity initiatives for Nike Stores, Digital Platforms, and Nike Marketplace Partners.
Previous to this role, Suzanne was the Talent Management lead for Nike’s Consumer & Marketplace organization, responsible for driving integrated talent and DEI strategies across Nike’s largest business and employee segment.
Suzanne brings deep expertise in change and transition management, the ability to lead and build strong diverse teams, a focus on strategy and execution, knowledge of the business and collaborative partnering. She was responsible for developing Nike’s corporate change management office, strategies, elevating transition management expertise, and overseeing strategic program execution across Nike’s Enterprise Portfolio.
Prior to Nike, Suzanne worked for Hewlett-Packard Company in Singapore. Raised in Perth, Australia, Suzanne received a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Education from the University of Western Australia. She has lived and worked in Australia, Singapore, and the United States and currently resides in Portland, Oregon with her two kids and husband.
